Our Pre-Workout (PWO) powder, an 'energy drink type' mix with ice tea peach flavour. Produced in Sweden with a focus on simplicity, great taste and even greater ingredients.

Function: Caffeine, beta-alanine, and citrulline for energy, pump, and performance. A blend to increase alertness and support circulation – ideal before activity or when energy runs low.

Use: Take 1 scoop (approx 11g) 30-60 minutes before training. Mix with 200-300ml water in a shaker.
